Non Durable Power Of Attorney

Non durable power of attorney related to the child care, land transaction or other legal matter and many more. In the scene of child care the authorized legal agent is responsible for all the activity or any mishappening with child. Suppose if the child met with an accident than legal agent will give him all the medical support. The deal can be cancelled during any stage of life. It is good for the parents who are busy in their work and having enough time or due to any physical challenge not able to care their children. In this transaction include tangible property like house boat, house etc.

Non durable power of attorney is further divided into limited and general. In limited time period is specified for an individual for example real state agent. They are bonded for a certain period of time. On the other hand in general attorney it gives someone else exactly the same right after the death of actual owner. Generally this right is given to children and relative. During writing a will one should keep in mind that he or she should give attorney to a most trusted person because after him the agent is responsible for all his or her medical and financial decision. As every coin have two faces. Power of attorney is good or some time can be misused. Misuse in the sense that there is no guarantee that the responsible person is totally right. One should write will before his death so that his property could not be ruined.
